Sundeck Rules

 

Groups of LGHC Members, their families, and small numbers of guests accompanied by LGHC Members may use the sundeck subject to the following rules, which will be posted by sign on the sundeck: 
•    No more than 88 people may occupy the deck at any one time. 
•    Quiet time after 10 pm. 
•    No amplified music (e.g., boom-­‐box) allowed. 
•    No running, horseplay or other raucous behavior allowed. 
•    No alcoholic beverages permitted. 
 

 
LGHC Members may request exclusive use of the sundeck for a Special Event by filing the application form posted on the lakegenevahighlands.com website at least 30 days prior to the planned event. All Special Events require a signed application, and approval of that application by the LGHC President and Secretary (or their proxy). The event must be a family event (e.g., wedding, graduation, shower, retirement, birthday, etc.). Members will not be permitted to host groups (e.g., bowling league, church group, book club, fishing buddies, sports club, etc.) for non-family events.
