Recent Changes:

7-31-2021 A revision was approved by our members at our annual meeting July 31 2021 limiting major construction within the association between Memorial Day through Labor Day. If you are planning Major Construction (adding square footage to a home or razing/replacing an existing structure), please contact the board early in the planning stage of your project so that there is no confusion about this By-Law.  You should also make sure your contractors all are aware of this By-Law.  Give the board contact numbers for your builder so if there are problems or damages we can reach them.  

 

7-31-2022 A revision was approved by our members at our annual meeting July 30 2022. The change to remove Article 3 Section 2 Alcoholic Beverages from the by-laws was approved with 53 positive votes.  We will address changing this part of the rule to take into account that most members violate this rule on a regular basis. If you or your guests choose to violate this rule please drink responsibly and please avoid bringing glass/bottles down the Lake Front.  There are families down there with children.  If a member asks you to stop drinking on the piers or at the lakefront, they probably have good reason to make this request.  Please respect their wishes and go somewhere else to drink.
